What Where They Thinking?

I just cringe every time I see this promo for the second season of Royal Pains that starts tonight on USA channel. It's not just embarrassing but for some reason I feel offended. I don't know why. It also reminds me of another advertisement




I must admit, it get's people talking and curious about the product but is this just a parody? White people trying to be black and down with the gangsta culture? Are they trying to get more black people to buy minivans or watch Royal Pains? I find it rather stereotypical and falls short of white people donning blackface or the minstrel show. Sis, thoughts?
